I have experience as a hands-on Automation Controls Engineer with Cepheid in Sunnyvale, CA and Baxter Healthcare in Opelika, AL, of more than 4 years, since Dec 2017. I graduated (MS) from the Dept. of Electrical and Computer Science Engineering at Auburn University, AL in May 2017. My work covers a diverse portfolio yet it is centered around my love and passion of Automation/Robotics. programming.
At Baxter Healthcare:
I worked on PLC/HMI programming with Siemens Step 7 Simatic Manager and TIA Portal software, Value Improvement Projects, Scrap Mitigation projects, Process improvement projects, Industrial A3 (DMAIC) etc.
I supported the 24 hour production at Baxter by working on Siemens industrial equipment, Staubli ARM robots, Servo drives, Safety PLCs, Conveyor Roller drives, Keyence vision systems, Troubleshooting of issue in a malfunctioning equipment, Process validations according to FDA and OSHA guidelines, C# programming for visualization. Working with tools like Trackwise Change Control Manager, Teamcenter, Maximo, Versiondog, PLC Analyzer, MS Office, MS Project, Visio, etc.
At Cepheid:
I work on Allen Bradley PLC/HMI programming with RSLogix 5000, Studio software and Factory Talk, etc. I work on building, configuring, calibrating, testing and validating of manufacturing equipment for medical devices.
I also support the 24 hour production utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills that I have acquired over the years of my education and field related work experience.

RECENT RESEARCH
Simultaneous Localization and Mapping using Co-operative Robotics: The Simulation is done in Python and it solves the Kidnapped Robot Problem using cooperative SLAM.
